2017 SUMMER SERIES

Every year, our St. Mary youth (high school and middle school) spend the summer growing in community through retreats, socials, and faith formation opportunities by participating in our Summer Series. With students being out of school, our Summer Series engages our St. Mary youth in their faith with onsite and offsite activities on different days of the week. All middle school and high school youth are invited to participate. Every teen must print and fill out a permission slip for every event. Permission slips for every event can be found on this page.

JOURNEY Nights (Middle School) – Resume August 2017

Get ready to have some fun, make new friends, and explore your faith! St. Mary’s JOURNEY Middle School Ministry is designed to meet the spiritual and social needs of middle school students (grades 6-8). These students meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month between the hours of 7:00pm-8:30pm in the St. Francis Common Room (tan-colored building across the lawn).

High School Nights – Resume August 2017

“Church is boring.” Ever hear those words before? Most likely they came from an unengaged teen whose needs were not being met by their faith community. St. Mary’s high school ministry exists to expose teens to the exciting and beauty of the Catholic Church, all while  maintaining a safe, fun, and casual environment. St. Mary’s high school ministry (grades 9-12) meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month between the hours of 7:00pm-8:30pm in the St. Francis Common Room (building across the lawn). Every week, the future of our church are being formed in their faith. These young men and women learn to articulate their faith in Christ, grow to have in their personal commitment to the mission of the Church, and seek to understand both the challenges and opportunities of contemporary culture.
